RESEARCH INTEREST
My current research interest is theory of mechanical properties of some semiconductors for examples, phase transformation barriers. We focus our attentions to binary compound semiconductors (group IV, III-V and II-VI) with tetrahedrally bonded structures (zincblende and wurtzite). The first principles calculations based on density functional theory with local density approximations are used in my researches.
